  Jeffrey Liang
  Graduated from Yale University, Manhattan School of Music, and State University of New York, Dr. Jeffrey Liang began his teaching career in 1996. As a teaching assistance, he taught undergraduate trombone studio at Yale University and university concert band at State University of New York in Stony Brook. In 2000, Dr. Liang was appointed as the Music Director at Chinese Youth Corps Orchestra of New York. Since then, he has led the orchestra to 6 concerts at Lincoln Center, 4 summer concert tours to major cities of west coast, Hawaii, Austria, Czechoslovakia, China, Japan, and Taiwan. In 2002, Dr. Liang began his career to train and guide hundreds of students in learning band instruments. For the past 6 years, Dr. Liang has taught the Buckley Country Day School (Roslyn, NY), St. Ignatius Loyola School (Manhattan), Our Lady of Mercy High School (Hicksville, NY), Long Beach Catholic School (Long Beach, NY), St. Agnes Cathedral School (Rockville Centre, NY), St. Anne’s School (Garden City, NY), Our Lady of Angelus School (Flushing, NY), Brandies School (Lawrence, NY), and Christ the King High School (Brooklyn, NY). As an active conductor and concert trombonist, Dr. Liang has appeared on the stages of Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, Kennedy Center, Merkin Concert Hall, Dallas Meyerson Hall, Staller Center for the Arts, Singapore Victoria Hall, Seoul Arts Center in South Korea, Shanghai Concert Hall, as well as the National Concert Hall of Taiwan. In 2006, Dr. Liang was invited to perform at The Mozart Festival in Salzburg, Austria. With pianist Joyce Lin, Dr. Liang released his first trombone solo album - "Classical In Love" in the summer of 2004.
