| Only absences due to illness, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstance will be considered an excused absence, a 24-hour advance notice is necessary to schedule a Make-up class. 2 absences per semester ONLY. 24 hour notice must be in writing or by a telephone call to the teacher’s personal phone number and (NOT the school). All make up lessons must be completed by Saturday, February 4, for the fall semester and June 30th for the spring semester failure to do so will result in waving the rights to make up the lessons. No refunds will be issue to any unexcused, excused, or missed make up lessons. |

Snow Days Our school is not affiliated with the public school system. Please check with each individual teacher to make sure there are classes. If you are not able to come due to hazardous road conditions please contact the teacher or the school and make a make-up lesson shall be provided. |

Public School Vacation Days Each semester consists of 20 classes. Due to the late start in the Fall semester the Spring semester will end the last week of June. Because of the variety of school calendars, students are allowed two weeks (two lessons) of excused make-up absence due to vacation. If you cannot attend these days please contact your teacher in advance directly to reschedule a make-up class to be completed by Thursday, June 30th, 2006. Failure to do so will result in waiving the rights to make-up lessons. |
